Welcome to Alma Bingin, located on the beautiful island of Bali. By staying with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

  1. Reservation and Payment:

    • All reservations are subject to availability.

    • To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card or advance payment may be required.

    • Payment must be made in the currency specified. Additional charges such as taxes, service fees, and incidental deposits may apply.

    • Any cancellation or modification to a reservation must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid penalties. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

  2. Check-in and Check-out:

    • Check-in time is from 2.00 PM and check-out time is until 12.00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    • Valid identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required at check-in.

    • Guests must settle all outstanding charges upon check-out unless alternative arrangements have been made with the hotel.

  3. Guest Responsibilities:

    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay. This includes but is not limited to, damages to rooms, furnishings, and amenities.

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A designated smoking area is provided for guests who wish to smoke.

    • Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise. Service animals are exempt from this policy.

  4. Use of Facilities:

    • Guests may use the hotel facilities such as the pool during operating hours.

    • Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the hotel facilities, if their stay has been approved by our management.

    • The hotel reserves the right to restrict access to certain facilities for maintenance, safety, or other reasons without prior notice.

  5. Privacy Policy:

    • The hotel respects the privacy of its guests and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

    • By providing your email address and contact information, you consent to receive communication from the hotel regarding your reservation, promotions, and other relevant information. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

  6. Liability:

    • The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.

    • Guests are advised to secure their belongings and valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal property.

  7. Miscellaneous:

    • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website and will supersede any previous versions.

    • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
